1	For offline registration:- 1. Please fill Parichay form in English only and in good hand writing. 2. Do Not Paste the Photo on Form. Just Attach it with Pin or staple Photo at the Corner. 3. 3.	Only Entries Received till 25th April 2025 will be printed in Parichay Pustika 2025. Entries Received after 25th April 2025 will be accomodated in Supplemantary Issue which will not be Printed. Only Pdf of Supplementary issue will be circulated to all the Registered Candidates on their registered Mobile No. No physical Supplementary Book will be Printed.
4.	Pdf of 20th Yuvak Yuvti Parichay Samellan 2024 directory will be made available to the registered Canditates only.
5.	Girl candidate above 18 years and boy candidate above 21 years of age only can participate.
6.	Forms will Not be accepted without registration Charges.
7.	All Candidates participating are requested to Join the event by 10:30 AM Sharp on Sunday 11th May 2025.
8.	Only those who have filled valid participation form will be permitted to Introduce themselves on Stage.
9.	All right to admission are reserved by the Trust. Sangh reserves the right to accept or reject any form without assigning any reason.
10.	Participation fees is waived for needy Candidates who are unable to pay the same. Please contact sangh office for details.
11.	Widow/Widower/divorcee/Handicap andPhysically challenged can also apply for participation
